1.2. General presentation of the webshop
The erenorcosmetics.com The website deals with the sale of cosmetic products. Shopping in the website is exclusively done electronically, https://erenorcosmetics.com possible at the web address.
To make a purchase in the web store, the user can register, but it is also possible to make a purchase without registration. Registration of a user account with incorrect or incomplete data and placing an order are considered invalid in all cases. The personal data provided during registration is processed by the Service Provider in accordance with the Data Protection Notice. The date of purchase is the date of confirmation of the order. The language of the contract is Hungarian. The contract is subject to Hungarian law.
1. Electronic contract conclusion (purchase) process
2.1 Product presentation, prices, promotional products
In the web store, each product is presented with a detailed description, which makes it easier for the buyer to select the product and make a purchase decision. In addition, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the images on the pages are for illustrative purposes only, and the actual products may differ slightly from them. The prices on the pages include VAT.
The erenor.com reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Our prices and products may change and expand continuously. The webshop clearly displays each promotion, indicating the products included in the promotion and the relevant discounts. In the case of promotional goods, the promotion always lasts until the specified date or while stocks last. Only orders placed at a discounted price are considered to be fulfilled, if the customer was not able to order the discounted goods from the webshop during the promotion/campaign, he/she has no option to do so (by e-mail or phone).
If we are unable to deliver the product ordered on sale due to a lack of stock, we will send a notification to the email address provided and refund the purchase price paid.
2.2 Selecting the product, the purchase process
The Buyer can place the selected goods in the “CART”. After that, it is possible to continue shopping by selecting new products and placing them in the “CART”. Before finalizing the order, the Buyer has the option to either modify the contents of the CART, remove goods from it, modify the quantity, or place new goods.

If you place multiple orders in a row, but would like to have them shipped at the same time, please indicate the number of the previous order(s) in each case! We will handle and fulfill each valid order separately! We can only combine orders if you request this in the comments section or by email and indicate which order you wish to combine it with.
To place an order, the Customer must accept the Service Provider's General Terms and Conditions.The buyer is required to provide the following when ordering: personal data necessary for purchase, invoicing and delivery as set out in the Data Management Information. A contract between absent parties is concluded from the date on which rights and obligations arise for the parties if, following confirmation, the Service Provider notifies the Customer by another e-mail or, for example, by telephone, about the fulfillment of the order and the sending of the product by post (handing it over to the courier company).
The automatic confirmation sent by e-mail does not yet mean that the Service Provider accepts our order, this does not mean that the contract has been concluded, as the confirmation only confirms the receipt of our order by the Service Provider. Thus, in the event of a low price or shortage of stock confirmed by mistake or due to a program error, the Service Provider is not obliged to deliver the product under the conditions set out in the automatic confirmation.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse the order in justified cases or to cancel it at any time, temporarily or permanently, in particular
- providing false or incomplete data;
- violation of the provisions of these GTC, or in the event of any misuse of the personal data of the Service Provider, the rights holders and/or other users, the Service system or the Products.
The Service Provider will inform the User about the reason for the refusal or withdrawal in an e-mail message. The Service Provider will process the personal data provided during registration in accordance with the conditions set out in the Data Processing Notice.
2.3 Shipping fee
The Buyer shall be responsible for the shipping cost of the product before purchase. you can find out in advance. If the total gross value of products ordered to a domestic delivery address reaches 15,000 (fifteen thousand) Hungarian Forints/order amount, then we will cover the shipping costs. Before finalizing the order, the total amount of the ordered goods is increased by the final shipping fee according to the shipping address, so the Buyer can decide to finalize the order with this in mind.
2.4 Payment

Our website supports credit card payments via OTP SimplePay.
You can shop conveniently and securely in our webshop by paying with a bank card. After ordering the selected goods, the Customer is directed to the OTP SimplePay payment interface, where they can pay with their bank card through the currently safest, encrypted transaction. All our customers have to do is click on “pay with a bank card” when selecting the payment method, and then enter the Customer’s name, card number, expiration date and three-digit security code on the OTP SimplePay payment server. We accept the following cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro. Bank cards issued exclusively for electronic use can only be accepted if their use is permitted by the bank that issued the card! Please check with your bank whether your card can be used for purchases made via the internet. After a successful purchase, OTP SimplePay sends a confirmation of the transaction; in the event of an unsuccessful transaction, it informs you of the reason for the error in an error message.

Cash on delivery: When choosing cash on delivery, the courier performing the delivery must pay the price of the goods (plus shipping costs) and the fee for the cash on delivery payment method.
The contract between absent parties is concluded upon successful delivery of the confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation of acceptance or rejection of your order to the real e-mail address you provided within 48 hours of sending your order, you are exempt from the obligation to make an offer. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse the order in justified cases or to withdraw it at any time, temporarily or permanently, in particular
- providing false or incomplete data;
- violation of the provisions of these GTC, or in the event of any misuse of the personal data of the Service Provider, the rights holders and/or other users, the Service system or the Products.

2.6 Transportation
The delivery of the goods to the delivery address is carried out by a courier company contracted with the Service Provider. The delivery of the goods is subject to the terms of the delivery contract concluded between the Service Provider and the Supplier. The delivery is to the delivery address (or parcel point/parcel machine) specified by the Buyer. and its transfer to the Buyer or its agent. The risk of damage passes to the Buyer upon transfer.
1. Right of withdrawal
3.1 The Service Provider's right of withdrawal
The inventory data is updated daily, but despite this, it may occasionally happen that although the system has taken the order, the product is already sold out or unavailable, and the Service Provider will always notify the buyer of this. The Service Provider also has the right to withdraw if the price of the goods was indicated incorrectly and the Buyer finalized his order at the wrong price. In the event of withdrawal, the Service Provider will send its statement to the Buyer by e-mail, and the Service Provider's customer service will immediately contact the Buyer for consultation, and the amount paid by the Buyer will be immediately transferred back to the Buyer's account.
3.2 The Buyer's right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.) on distance contracts, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and return the ordered product within 14 working days of receipt of the ordered goods.
The withdrawal/termination period for a contract for the sale of a product: "expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you takes possession of the product."
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer shall not be charged any costs other than the cost of returning the product. The Service Provider shall refund the purchase price to the Buyer immediately after the return of the goods, but no later than within 30 days. The Buyer shall exercise his right of withdrawal in a proper manner, without abusing this right. In the event of a withdrawal that constitutes abuse, the Service Provider shall be exempt from the obligation to take back the goods and repay the purchase price.
The Service Provider is obliged to refund the full purchase price to the buyer only if the product is returned undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. The costs resulting from damage to the packaging are borne by the buyer. The Service Provider is not responsible for goods lost during return shipping. The seller is not liable for any loss of goods.
According to Section 5(c) of the Government Decree, the Buyer may not exercise his right of withdrawal if he has opened the packaging or protective film of a product that cannot be returned by its nature. In this case, the Buyer is not entitled to return the product, and the Service Provider is not obliged to refund the purchase price. When exercising the right of exchange, the costs of returning the product and delivering the replacement product are borne by the Buyer.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal/termination, you must send a clear statement of your intention to withdraw/termination by electronic mail to the following email address: info@erenorcosmetics.com
You exercise your right of withdrawal/termination within the deadline if you send your withdrawal/termination statement before the expiry of the deadline specified above.
We will refund all payments you have made, including shipping costs, within 14 days.
We may withhold your refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof that you have returned it.
If the product has been delivered and you do not wish to keep the product, you must return the product to the Service Provider at your own expense.
1. Complaints handling
If the Customer has any comments or complaints regarding the operation of the website, the information provided on it, or the purchase, they can notify the Service Provider at the following e-mail address: info@erenorcosmetics.com. MindWe will investigate each complaint on its merits and inform the Customer of the outcome within 30 days at the latest.
1. Scope of these GTC, final provisions
In matters not regulated in these general terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code, Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on distance contracts, Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and services related to the information society, and Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection shall apply.
The scope of the GTC covers the Service Provider and the Customers. The legal relationship between the Service Provider and the Customer is established when the Customer registers in the system or the Customer accepts these GTC during the order process and the Customer receives a confirmation electronically from the Service Provider.
The effective date of the valid text of the GTC is the date indicated on the website. The GTC is valid for an indefinite period. In the event of a modification of the GTC, the provisions of the GTC valid on the date of the order shall apply to ongoing orders.
1. Information on data protection and security of data processing
We hereby inform you that we store the data most necessary to fulfill your order in order to later prove the fulfillment of the contract and the terms of the contract.
We will not transfer your data to third parties, unless the third party cooperates with our company as a subcontractor in the performance of the contract. In this case, however, the subcontractors are not entitled to retain the personal data provided by our company for a longer period than required by law, to use it for other purposes, or to transfer it to other persons.
When processing your data, we act in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

(8097 Nadap Haladás út 40.) by the data controller https://maruderm.hu/ The following personal data stored in my user database will be transferred to OTP Mobil Kft., as the data processor. The scope of data transmitted by the data controller is as follows: name, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address.
