1.2. General overview of the online store

The erenorcosmetics.com site is an online store dealing with the sale of cosmetic products. Purchases in the online store can only be made electronically at the  https://erenorcosmetics.com web address.

To make a purchase in the online store, the user can register, but there is also an option for purchasing without registration.We consider any user account entry and order placement with incorrect or incomplete data to be invalid in all cases. The personal data provided during registration is handled by the Service Provider in accordance with the Data Management Information. When purchasing from the erenorcosmetics.com webshop, a purchase contract is established between the Service Provider and the Customer upon confirmation of the order, as described in these General Terms and Conditions. The established contract is not considered a written contract; it is created through a legal declaration made electronically. The Service Provider keeps a record of the contract according to its number. The date of purchase is the date of order confirmation. The language of the contract is Hungarian. The contract is subject to Hungarian law.

1. Procedure for electronic contract conclusion (purchase)

2.1 Product presentation, prices, promotional products

In the online store, every product is presented with a detailed description, which facilitates the selection of products and the decision to purchase for the customer. Additionally, we would like to draw attention to the fact that the images on the pages are for illustration purposes only, and the actual products may differ minimally from them. The prices listed on the pages include VAT.

The erenor.com reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Our prices and products may change and expand continuously. The online store clearly indicates individual promotions, marking the products included in the promotion and the relevant discounts. For promotional products, the promotion is valid until the specified date or while supplies last.We only consider orders placed at the discounted price as fulfilled if the customer was unable to order the discounted product from the webshop during the promotion/campaign period through other channels (email or phone) as this option is not available.

If we are unable to deliver the product ordered at a discount due to stock shortages, we will send a notification to the provided email address and refund the paid purchase price.

2.2 Selection of Goods, Purchase Process

The Customer can add the selected product to the “CART.” After this, there is an option to continue the purchase by selecting additional products and placing them in the “CART.” Before finalizing the order, the Customer has the opportunity to modify the contents of the CART, remove items from it, change quantities, or add new products.

Important!

If you place multiple orders consecutively but request delivery at the same time, please always indicate the order number(s) of the previous order(s)! We handle and fulfill each valid incoming order separately! We can only combine orders if this is requested in the comments section or via email, and you indicate which order you wish to combine it with.

For the order to be created, the Customer must accept the Provider's General Terms and Conditions. The customer is required to provide the  personal data necessary for the purchase, invoicing, and delivery in accordance with the Data Management Information at the time of ordering.A contract between parties at a distance is established at the point in time from which rights and obligations arise for the parties, when the Service Provider notifies the Customer of the fulfillment of the order, the dispatch of the product (the handover to the courier company) in a subsequent email or, for example, by phone after the confirmation. With the automatic confirmation sent via email, the Service Provider does not yet accept our order; this does not yet signify the establishment of the contract, as the confirmation merely verifies the arrival of our order to the Service Provider. Thus, in case of a mistakenly confirmed low price or stock shortage due to an error or program malfunction, the Service Provider is not obliged to deliver the product under the conditions stated in the automatic confirmation.

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse the order in justified cases, or to withdraw it at any time, temporarily or permanently, particularly in the case of

  • providing false or incomplete information;
  • violating the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, or in the case of any abuse of the personal data of the Service Provider, the rights holders, and/or other users, the Service system, or the Products.  

The Service Provider will inform the User of the reason for the refusal or withdrawal via email. The Service Provider handles the personal data provided during registration according to the conditions specified in the Data Management Information.

2.3 Shipping fee

The Buyer can inquire about the shipping fee of the product in advance before the purchase.  If the gross total value of the products ordered to a domestic shipping address reaches 15,000 (fifteen thousand) Hungarian Forints / order amount, we will cover the shipping costs. Before finalizing the order, the total amount of the ordered goods will increase by the final shipping fee according to the shipping address, allowing the Customer to make an informed decision regarding the finalization of the order.

2.4 Payment

Currently, you can choose from the following payment methods in our online store:

Our site provides card payment through OTP SimplePay.

With card payment, you can shop conveniently and securely in our online store. After ordering the selected goods, the Customer will be redirected to the OTP SimplePay payment interface, where they can pay with their card through a transaction deemed the most secure, conducted with encryption.Our customers only need to click on the "payment by credit card" option when selecting the payment method, and then provide their name, card number, expiration date, and three-digit security code on the OTP SimplePay payment server. We accept the following cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro. We can only accept bank cards issued exclusively for electronic use if the issuing bank permits their use! Please check with your bank to see if your card can be used for online purchases. After a successful purchase, OTP SimplePay will send a confirmation of the transaction, and in the case of an unsuccessful transaction, it will communicate the reason for the error in an error message.

Cash on delivery: When choosing the cash on delivery payment option, the courier delivering the goods must be paid the value of the goods (increased by the shipping cost) and the fee for the cash on delivery payment method. 

The contract between parties not present is established upon the successful delivery of the confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation regarding the acceptance or rejection of your order at the valid email address you provided within 48 hours of sending your order, you will be released from the obligation of the offer.The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse the order in justified cases or to revoke it at any time, temporarily or permanently, particularly in the case of

  • providing false or incomplete information;
  • violating the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, or in the case of any abuse of the Service Provider, the rights holders, and/or other users' personal data, the Service system, or the Products.

2.6 Delivery

The delivery of goods to the shipping address is carried out by a courier company contracted with the Service Provider. The terms of the delivery contract between the Service Provider and the Carrier apply to the delivery of the goods.The fulfillment occurs at the delivery address provided by the Buyer (or at a package point/package machine)   and is completed by handing it over to the Buyer or their authorized representative. The risk of damage transfers to the Buyer upon handover.

1. Right of withdrawal

3.1 The Service Provider's right of withdrawal

The inventory data is updated daily; however, it may occasionally happen that although the system has recorded the order, the product is already out of stock or unavailable. In such cases, the Service Provider will notify the customer. The Service Provider also has the right of withdrawal if the price of the goods was incorrectly stated, and the Buyer finalized their order at the incorrect price.In the event of withdrawal, the Service Provider will send its statement to the Customer via email, and the Service Provider's customer service will immediately contact the Customer for coordination purposes, as well as promptly refund the amount paid by the Customer to the Customer's account.

3.2 The Customer's right of withdrawal

According to Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.) on contracts concluded between parties at a distance, the Customer may withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 working days from the receipt of the ordered goods and return the ordered product.

The withdrawal/cancellation deadline for contracts for the sale of goods is: "14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product.".

In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer will not incur any costs other than the cost of returning the product.The Service Provider will refund the purchase price to the Buyer immediately after the return of the goods, but no later than within 30 days. The Buyer is obliged to exercise their right of withdrawal in a proper manner, without abusing this right. In the case of a withdrawal that is considered an abuse, the Service Provider is exempt from the obligation to accept the return of the goods and refund the purchase price. The Service Provider is only obliged to refund the full purchase price to the buyer in the case of the return of a product that is undamaged, unused, and in complete packaging. Costs arising from damage to the packaging are the responsibility of the buyer. The Service Provider is not liable for goods lost during return shipping. In the absence of the goods, the seller has no obligations. According to point c) of §5 of the government decree, the Buyer cannot exercise their right of withdrawal if they have opened the packaging or protective film of a product that, by its nature, cannot be returned. In this case, the Buyer is not entitled to return the product, and the Service Provider is not obliged to refund the purchase price. The costs of returning the product and delivering the replacement product during the exercise of the right of exchange shall be borne by the Buyer.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal/cancellation, you must send a clear statement of your intention to withdraw/cancel via email to the following email address: info@erenorcosmetics.com

You exercise your right of withdrawal/cancellation within the deadline if you send your withdrawal/cancellation statement before the expiration of the specified deadline.

We will refund all payments made by you, including shipping costs, within 14 days. 

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof that you have sent it back.

If the product has been delivered and you do not wish to keep the product, you must return it to the Service Provider at your own expense.

1. Complaint Handling

If the Customer has any comments or complaints regarding the operation of the website, the information provided on it, or the purchase, they can notify the Service Provider at the following email address: info@erenorcosmetics.com. Mindwe will investigate each complaint substantively and inform the Customer of the outcome no later than 30 days.

1. Scope of these General Terms and Conditions, Final Provisions

In matters not regulated by these general terms and conditions, the Civil Code, Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on contracts concluded between parties at a distance, and Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and services related to the information society shall apply.The provisions of the law and the Consumer Protection Act of 1997, CLV. are applicable.

The GTC (General Terms and Conditions) applies to the Service Provider and the Customers. The legal relationship between the Service Provider and the Customer is established when the Customer registers in the system or accepts these GTC during the ordering process, and the confirmation sent electronically by the Service Provider to the Customer takes place.

The effective date of the valid text of the GTC is the day it is published on the website. The GTC is valid for an indefinite period. In the case of amendments to the GTC, the provisions of the GTC that are valid on the date of the order apply to ongoing orders.

1.Privacy and data management security information

We hereby inform you that we store the essential data necessary for fulfilling your order for the purpose of contract execution and later proof of the contract terms.

We do not share your data with third parties, except when a third party acts as a subcontractor for our company during the execution of the contract. In this case, however, subcontractors are not authorized to retain the personal data provided by our company for longer than prescribed by law, use it for other purposes, or share it with additional parties.

We handle your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

I acknowledge that the personal data stored in the user database by Erenor Cosmetics Ltd. (8097 Nadap Haladás út 40.) as the data controller will be transferred to OTP Mobil Ltd.https://maruderm.hu/ , as a data processor. The scope of the data transmitted by the data controller includes the following: name, email address, phone number, and billing address.
