The sun's rays can even cause serious and irreversible damage to your skin if you repeatedly expose it to this environmental effect without using sun protection.

Always apply sunscreen as the last step of your morning routine. In the summer, be sure to use a sunscreen with at least SPF 50+ factor.

The recommended amount of sunscreen is the size of 2 fingers and, if you have the opportunity, repeat the application every 3 hours. Adequate sun protection is extra important after cosmetic treatments and exfoliation, because the skin becomes more sensitive in this case.
